成人肾梭形细胞肉瘤较为罕见,文献上少有记载,在我国尚无报导,兹将临床所见一例报告如下:张××,男,渔民,29岁,天津人,因间歇性无痛性全程血尿两年余.于1959年9月12日入院。患者于1957年间曾2次发现尿呈粉红色,未加注意。58年发生间歇性无痛生全程血尿,一个月中共十余次,并有尿频,未经治疗逐渐好转。嗣后仅有轻度尿频及腰部不适。近六个月来,血尿发作频繁,伴有两侧腰痛。既往身体健康,有烟酒嗜好,否认冶游史。体格检查:营养及发育良好。头颈部、心肺、四肢及脊柱均正常。腹软、右侧膨隆,右肾区可触得拳头大活动肿物,表面光滑,有轻度压痛。阴茎、阴囊及其内容物均无异常。膀胱镜检查阴性。逆行性肾盂造影发现左肾显影正常,右肾轮廓增大其下极平第四腰椎下缘,上盏积水,肾盂充盈不良,井向内上移位,输尿管向左移位,排泄性肾盂造影显示右肾排泄功能不良,右上盏积水,右中盏及下盏不显影。钡剂灌肠显示结肠向前下移位。

Barium enema shows the colon shift down.
