据报道异搏定可减少肾和肾外消除受损时地高辛的清除率,从而导致地高辛的稳态血浆浓度约增加60%。这种现象是否为异搏定诱导地高辛的药物动力学变化而导致心肌效应的改变。为此已对8名健康受试者进行研究。异搏定对地高辛药物动力学和药理作用的影响均做了研究。
Verapamil is reported to reduce the clearance of digoxin in the kidneys and kidneys when impaired, leading to a roughly 60% increase in digoxin plasma concentration. Whether this phenomenon is caused by verapamil induced changes in the pharmacokinetics of digoxin and myocardial changes. To this end, eight healthy subjects have been studied. Verapamil on digoxin pharmacokinetics and pharmacological effects were studied.
