目的探讨分析应用全程连续性护理对永久性结肠造口患者生活质量的具体影响。方法选择我院收治的直肠癌永久性结肠造口患者作为研究对象并进行分组研究,对照组患者均进行常规护理,实验组患者均在此基础上实施全程连续性结肠造口护理,将两组患者术后排便排气情况以及日常生活工作能力情况进行对比分析。结果通过对应护理后,实验组患者排便排气正常率及术后日常生活工作复常率分别为85.71%、75.00%,显著高于对照组的53.57%、46.43%,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对术后直肠癌患者进行永久性结肠造口全程连续性护理,可有效改善排便困难症状,提高患者生活以及工作能力。
Objective To explore the specific impact of continuous nursing care on the quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy. Methods The patients with permanent colostomy who underwent rectal cancer in our hospital were selected as the research group and were divided into groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. All the patients in the experimental group were given full-range continuous colostomy nursing. Two groups Patients with postoperative defecation exhaust conditions and the ability to work in daily life comparative analysis. Results After corresponding nursing, the normal rates of defecation and extubation were 85.71% and 75.00% in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (53.57% and 46.43%, respectively), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The continuous colostomy continuous nursing for postoperative patients with rectal cancer can effectively improve the symptoms of defecation and improve the life and work ability of patients.
