随着知识经济时代的到来,图书馆在社会文化传播中的地位也愈加重要,人民群众对图书馆也提出了新的要求。本文分析了目前我国一些图书馆管理中存在的问题,并提出了岗位绩效与人文管理的体系建构的相应策略。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the status of libraries in the dissemination of social culture has become increasingly important. People have also set new demands on libraries. This article analyzes some existing problems in library management in our country, and puts forward the corresponding strategies of system construction of job performance and humanistic management.
