为了提高FHF存活率,我们应用上海活性炭厂研制的油棕炭,以火棉胶包裹、肝素液浸泡,装入不锈钢吸附罐内作为吸附型人工肝辅助装置的主要部分(吸附剂罐)。 对20只正常大进行持续血液灌流2小时,灌流前后取动脉血各一份,测定21项指标,结果显示血白细胞、血小板、纤维蛋白原各自下降15.8%、20.5%、6.1%,血浆肌酐、尿酸、皮质醇、甲状腺素、氯基酸等有明显减少,实验中部分犬血压轻度下降,注射多巴胺后得到纠正,20只犬实验后全部存活,提示该装置生物相容性、吸附性能、安全性等均是良好的。
In order to improve the survival rate of FHF, we use the oil palm prepared by Shanghai Activated Carbon Plant, which is coated with collodion and soaked in heparin solution, and is filled into the stainless steel adsorption tank as the main part of adsorbent artificial liver auxiliary device (adsorbent tank). Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 20 healthy subjects for 2 hours after continuous perfusion and before and after perfusion. 21 indicators were measured. The results showed that blood white blood cells, platelets and fibrinogen decreased by 15.8%, 20.5%, 6.1%, and plasma creatinine, Blood pressure of some dogs decreased slightly, corrected after injection of dopamine, and all 20 dogs survived after experiment, suggesting that the biocompatibility, adsorption performance of the device, Safety and so on are good.
