近五年来,东北育才教育集团以尊重各成员校的主体性和差异性为出发点,通过在集体内部开展专项督导评估,提高了集团管理效能,凸显了成员校的办学特色。其中,专题研究性督导评估主要是围绕成员校面临的问题,通过集团督导组与成员校沟通研究来解决问题。项目课题式督导评估是将改革项目立项为若干研究课题,以项目课题为载体,借助督导评估的学术权威和杠杆作用,推动成员校的真改革,推动集团的可持续发展。
In the past five years, the Northeast Yucai Education Group has started by respecting the subjectivity and diversity of its member schools and has conducted special supervision assessments within the collective to improve the effectiveness of group management and highlight the characteristics of the member schools. Among them, the topical research supervisory assessment mainly focuses on the problems faced by the member schools and solves the problems through the communication research between the group supervision group and the member schools. The project topic type supervision and assessment is to establish the reform project as a number of research topics, and to use the project subject as a carrier to promote the true reform of member schools through the supervisory assessment of academic authority and leverage, and promote the sustainable development of the group.
