教师的职业信念直接影响教学质量和效果,高职院校作为培养具备专业技术和技能的复合型人才的重要基地,对教师的职业信念也有更高的要求。本文通过对高职院校英语教师职业信念的调查分析,找出了影响他们职业信念的主要因素,分析了教师职业信念与教学效果之间的内在联系,最后根据高职院校教学实际提出了构建英语教师积极的职业信念的有效对策。
Teachers ’professional beliefs directly affect the quality and effectiveness of teaching. Higher vocational colleges, as an important base for training compound talents with professional skills and skills, also have higher requirements on teachers’ professional beliefs. Through the investigation and analysis of professional beliefs of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper finds out the main factors that affect their professional beliefs, analyzes the inherent relationship between professional beliefs and teaching effectiveness of teachers, and finally puts forward some suggestions according to the teaching practice in higher vocational colleges An Effective Countermeasure to Construct English Teachers’ Positive Professional Beliefs.
