鞍山市档案馆自1985年实施目标管理以来,已初步建立起分层制定目标,逐级落实责任,纵向一级保一级,横向各个环节紧密衔接,统观全局,人人参加管理的一个协调发展的整体目标管理机制,全馆干部的积极性和创造性得以充分发挥,思想作用和基础业务建设取得了明显效果,连续两年被评为市直机关先进党支部和精神文明建设先进集体。 1、从馆情出发,确定目标及其标准确定目标是实施目标管理的前提。我馆采用“四个结合”,制定管理目标。
