用不同能量、剂量的质子辐照水稻干种子,与γ射线辐照作对比,研究其生物学效应。结果表明,质子辐照可诱发各种可见染色体结构变异及有丝分裂行为异常。随着质子能量和剂量的提高,染色体畸变细胞率呈增加趋势。质子处理的能量效应大于剂量效应,能量效应主要表现在8MeV与46MeV的差异。质子对染色体的致畸效应和对有丝分裂的抑制作用与γ射线相似,但质子诱发的微核比例明显高于γ射线,而染色体桥的比例低于γ射线。3个供试品种的辐射敏感性随诱变源和考察指标而变化。
Radiation of dry seeds of rice with different energy and doses of protons was compared with γ-ray irradiation to study their biological effects. The results show that proton irradiation can induce a variety of visible chromosomal structural variation and mitotic behavior. With the increase of proton energy and dose, the rate of chromosome aberration increased. The energy effect of proton treatment is larger than that of dose effect, and the energy effect mainly shows the difference of 8MeV and 46MeV. The teratogenic effects of protons on chromosomes and their mitogenic effects are similar to those of γ-rays, but the proportion of proton-induced micronuclei is significantly higher than that of γ-rays while the proportion of chromosome bridges is lower than γ-rays. The radiosensitivity of the three cultivars varied with the mutagenic source and the indexes investigated.
