90年代初,以《国务院关于开发“绿色食品”有关问题的批示》为开端,我国把发展绿色食品工程作为面向21世纪,实现社会经济可持续发展的一项重要举措。此后,农业和食品业的一场革命在华夏大地勃然兴起,绿色食品开发成为一个新的战略制高点。绿色食品,是无污染的安全、优质、营养类食品的统称。食用菌以其独特的纯天然营养、保健品质,以及与生态协调发展的生产加工过程,被国际公认为绿色食品中的珍宝。
In the early 1990’s, starting with the “State Council’s directive on the development of” green food ", China’s development of green food engineering is an important measure for achieving sustainable socio-economic development in the 21st century. Since then, a revolution in agriculture and food industry has been booming in China and the development of green food has become a new strategic high ground. Green food is pollution-free, high-quality, nutritious food collectively. Edible mushroom with its unique natural nutrition, health care quality, and coordinated development of ecological production and processing, is internationally recognized as the treasure of green food.
