目的:探讨超声诊断学在急性阑尾炎中的临床应用。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声对162例急性阑尾炎患者进行超声检查,回顾分析阑尾炎的声像图特征,并与手术结果对照。结果:急性阑尾炎超声诊断符合率为91%(148/162)。结论:超声检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound diagnosis in acute appendicitis. Methods: 162 cases of acute appendicitis were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. The characteristics of appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the surgical results. Results: The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis was 91% (148/162). Conclusion: Ultrasonography has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
