在传统的观念影响下,我国学校的体育教学过分强调了生理学指标,使体育教学的过程中带有了过多的强制性,因此忽略了对学生的个性心理品质的培养,忽略体育本身的育心效果。随着新课改的实施,国内教育界开始重视对学生个性化的培养,通过体育教学,可以让广大学生们学习基本的体育常识与技能,并提升他们的意志力,培养坚强、积极、乐观等优秀品质。本文主要探讨了初中阶段的体育教育中当如何结合初中生个性的这一课题。虽然初中阶段的体育个性化教学有着独特的优势,但是教师只有在充分理解个性化的概念及特征,才能顺利开展个性化教学,从而摸索出可以充分发挥学校体育教学的功能、全方位提升学生们的身心素质、并且促使学生的个性得到充分展现的教学手段。
