通过适温区内多极恒温培养试验,对不同温度条件下的赤眼蜂发育速率变化进行分析,证明了温度与赤眼蜂生长发育之间存在着极显著的曲线函数关系,其反应函数式为逻辑斯缔曲线方程。并依据生物数学原理,测算出在本项研究中的人工培养赤眼蜂发育起点温度和有效积温,为生产应用提供了科学依据。
