本文采用微最极细胞内记录方法观察了色氨酸对蟾蜍卵母细胞膜电位影响和时间效应和剂量效应,色氨酸对裸化卵母细胞膜电位的影响;色氨酸对卵母细胞膜电位起极化作用的离子关系等,其结果是以1mmol/L 色氨酸处理卵母细胞0~-1h 膜电位无明显变化,2h 后膜电位值便随培养时间延长而逐渐升高(超极化),随着色氨酸浓度升高其膜电位也逐渐升高。色氨酸对裸化卵母细胞膜电位有轻度超极化作用,但与对照组无明显差异(p>0.05):色氨酸虽然能使卵细胞膜电位明显超极化,但对细胞膜钠离子转运系数(TNa~+)无明显影响,而且膜电位变化与 TNa~+变化无相关性。
