目的 建立测定复方苯甲酸软膏中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 固定相采用 μBondapakC18柱 ,流动相为 :甲醇 0 .0 2mol·L-1KH2 PO4溶液 (磷酸调 pH =3.1) (6 0∶4 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 70nm。 结果 水杨酸和苯甲酸的线性范围分别 5~ 2 5 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9995 )、10~ 5 0 μg·mL-1(r=0 .9998) ;平均加样回收率分别为 99.3% ,10 0 .6 % ;日内RSD分别为 0 .6 4 % ,0 .5 8% ;日间RSD分别为 0 .6 5 % ,0 .6 6 % (n =5 )。结论 本法适用于复方苯甲酸软膏的质量控制 ,方法简便、灵敏 ,结果准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment. Methods The mobile phase consisted of μBondapak C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol 0. 2mol·L -1 KH 2 PO 4 (phosphoric acid adjusted to pH = 3.1) (60:40) and a detection wavelength of 2 70 nm. Results The linear range of salicylic acid and benzoic acid was 5 ~ 25 μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9995) and 10 ~ 50 μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9998) Respectively, which were 99.3% and 100.6% respectively. The intra-day RSD were 0.664% and 0.58% respectively. The daytime RSDs were 0.665% and 0.666% respectively (n = 5). Conclusion This method is applicable to the quality control of compound benzoic acid ointment. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
