最近国务院、邮电部相继作出决定:暂停评比升级活动。同时,都强调要切实加强企业管理的各项基础工作,提高企业的经济效益。我们通过认真学习上级有关文件精神,对企业管理工作有了新的认识:必须摈弃目前企业管理工作中存在的形式主义,从为基层服务的观念出发,赋予企业管理工作一个崭新的和有效的务实模式,使其真正成为促进企业社会效益和自身经济效益不断提高的手段。
