Flufenoxuron是一种苯基甲酰基脲(BPU)类新型杀虫剂,作用机制主要是抑制几丁质合成,阻碍昆虫正常蜕皮。作者测试该药对德国小蠊若虫的毒性作用,比较不同直径颗粒可湿性粉剂的残效作用,并首次应用12.2μm直径可湿性粉剂进行现场德国小蠊防治试验。 经口毒性:用flufenoxuron饲养德国小蠊若虫,其作用(蜕皮抑制、成虫缺陷、死亡)非常明显,蜕皮抑制作用与浓度有关,从2.0到1.24 ppm,都有肯定的抑制作用。浓度≥2.5 ppm,引起100%若虫蜕皮抑制,≤1.02 ppm则几乎没有作用。269只若虫试验结果用概率单位回归分析,LC_(50)为1.32 ppm(95%可信限是1.26~1.38);1.02~2.0 ppm,所有存活成虫表现出形
Flufenoxuron is a new type of insecticide of phenylformylurea (BPU). Its mechanism of action is mainly to inhibit the synthesis of chitin and hinder the normal molting of insects. The authors tested the toxicity of the drug to the cockroach nymphs of Blattella germanica and compared the residual effects of the WP with different diameters. The control test of the cockroach Blattella germanica was carried out for the first time with 12.2μm diameter WP. Oral Toxicity: The feeding of German cockroach nymphs with flufenoxuron was very significant (molting inhibition, adult defects, death), and molting inhibition was concentration dependent, with a positive inhibition from 2.0 to 1.24 ppm. Concentrations ≥ 2.5 ppm cause 100% nymph ecdysis, with ≤1.02 ppm being almost non-toxic. The results showed that the LC 50 was 1.32 ppm (95% confidence interval was 1.26-1.38); 1.02-2.0 ppm, all the surviving adults showed morphological changes
