改革开放之初浙江的城市化水平仅为14.5%,随着工业化的加速推进和产业的不断集聚,至2012年,浙江城市化水平已达到63.2%。浙江城市化发展的重要动力或者说重要因素之一,就是县域经济的蓬勃发展。2012年,浙江地区生产总值达到3.46万亿元,其中县域经济总量占了三分之二;在全国百强县中,浙江入围的数量位居各省区之首。浙江开创了“离土不离乡,进厂不进城”的农村工业化模式,走出了一条“小企业、大协作”的区域特色产业发展之路。
At the beginning of reform and opening up, the urbanization level of Zhejiang was only 14.5%. With the acceleration of industrialization and the continuous industrial agglomeration, by 2012, the urbanization level of Zhejiang has reached 63.2%. One of the important driving forces or one of the important factors in the urbanization of Zhejiang is the vigorous development of county economy. In 2012, Zhejiang’s GDP reached 3.46 trillion yuan, of which the county economy accounted for two-thirds of the total. Among the top 100 counties in the country, the number of Zhejiang’s cities ranked the first among all provinces and autonomous regions. Zhejiang has created a model of rural industrialization that “leaves the country without leaving the country and enters the factory without entering the city,” and embarks on a road of development of regional special industries with “small businesses and big cooperation”.
