图1零件是JH125型摩托车油箱的一个主要构件——内侧板。传统的加工方法是成形后再切边。切边分三道工序进行。第一道工序切出顶部两端的形状。第二、三两道工序则分别切出左、右侧油箱体相吻合的形状。由于切边次数较多,多次定位造成左右错位严重。为改善质量、减少工序,设计了将二、三道切边工序合并为一次完成的双向边切模。其结构如图2所示。 模具采用了上下浮动式凸模,为了保证凸模的运动精度,将凸模固定板套装在滚珠导柱上。装配时,通过调整导柱压板3实现
