目的:探讨癫痫与脑电活动的关系.方法:脑电图检查采用日本光电7209型脑电图仪记录,按国际10/20系统放置银盘电极,常规作单、双极导联描记.每个病人都作3分钟过度换气及睁闭眼诱发,有时加用剥夺睡眠诱发或蝶骨电极描记.脑电图诊断标准参考冯应琨专著标准作出.结果:1121例癫痫患者中,正常脑电图192例,占17.48%;轻度异常745例,占66.46%;中度异常171例,占15.25%;高度异常9例,占0.8%,总异常率82.52%.结论:本组病人脑电图的改变是以局灶性阵发性慢波为主要特征,癫痫放电如棘波、尖波、棘慢综合波及尖慢综合波仅在部分病例中出现.脑电图的阳性率与患者年龄,描记时间,与癫痫末次发作时间的距离,发作频度及发作类型有关.如果发作次数越多,病情越严重,脑电图出现的异常率也就越高.
Objective: To investigate the relationship between epilepsy and electroencephalogram (EEG) activity.Methods: EEG was recorded by Japanese optoelectronic 7209 electroencephalography instrument, and silver / silver electrodes were placed according to international 10/20 system. Patients were over-ventilated for 3 minutes and open eyes closed evoked, and sometimes add sleep deprivation or sphenoid electrode tracing.EEG diagnostic criteria reference to Feng Yingkun monograph standards.Results: 1121 cases of epilepsy patients, normal EEG 192 cases, accounting for 17.48%; 745 cases of mild abnormalities, accounting for 66.46%; 171 cases of moderate abnormalities, accounting for 15.25%; 9 cases of high abnormalities, accounting for 0.8%, the total abnormality rate was 82.52% .Conclusion: The change is based on focal paroxysmal slow waves as the main characteristics of epileptiform discharges such as spikes, sharp waves, spine slow synthesis and sharp slow wave synthesis only in some cases.EEG positive rate and the patient’s age, Tracing time, with the epileptic last attack time distance, attack frequency and type of attack.If the number of seizures, the more serious the situation, the higher the abnormal rate of EEG appears.
