在新的形势下,高职院校毕业生就业压力增大,就业形势日趋严峻。如何根据变化了的毕业生就业形势及时制定相应的对策?这是各高职院校亟待研究与解决的重大课题。本文以毕业生就业意向和行为特点为切入点,对深圳职业技术学院2008届毕业生的就业状况进行了调查与研究,并针对毕业生就业过程中所暴露出来的问题和不足,分别从政府宏观指导、学校就业指导以及毕业生本人观念等3个方面提出了对策和建议。
Under the new situation, employment pressure on higher vocational college graduates has increased, and the employment situation has become more and more severe. How to make corresponding countermeasures in time according to the changing employment situation of graduates? This is a major issue that various vocational colleges urgently need to study and solve. In this paper, graduates employment intentions and behavioral characteristics as the starting point, the employment situation of Shenzhen Polytechnic 2008 graduates were investigated and studied, and for the graduates of the employment process exposed problems and deficiencies, respectively, from the government macro Guidance, school employment guidance and the concept of graduates, I put forward three countermeasures and suggestions.
