教育学中的素质是指学生在先天生理基础上,经过后天环境影响、教育训练所获得的一种身心特征和人格品质。中职教育强调对学生职业文化素质的培养,强调最大限度地发挥职业教育的作用,让学生能够高素养、高技能地走进职场和社会。通过探究素质教育在中职课堂上学生主导、情景演练、课程交叉等方式的应用,拓宽素质教育的应用途径,推动中职教育进一步发展。
The quality in pedagogy refers to the students’ physical and psychological characteristics and personality qualities obtained through education and training after being born on the basis of innate physiology. Secondary vocational education emphasizes the cultivation of students’ professional and cultural qualities, emphasizing the role of vocational education as much as possible so that students can enter the workplaces and the society with high attainments and high skills. By exploring the application of quality education in secondary vocational classrooms such as student dominance, scenario rehearsal and course crossing, the application of quality education is broadened to promote the further development of secondary vocational education.
