收集我院1990年1月至1995年6月五年间收治的急性粟粒型肺结核32例,将其血气分析并结合同期所测的血离子结果作一探讨,现简要报告如下。本组患者男性17例,女性15例。其中汉族患者12例,少数民族20例。年龄16～75岁,40岁以上患者占31.25％。病程1个月以内者16例,1个月以上者16例。急性粟粒型肺结核合并有肺外结核者8例,有液气胸者2例,合并其它内科疾患者6例。有发热症状者19例(59％),其中有高热者14例。
32 cases of acute miliary tuberculosis admitted from January 1990 to June 1995 in our hospital were collected and their blood gas analysis combined with the results of blood ions measured during the same period was briefly discussed as follows. The group of males in 17 cases, 15 females. Among them, there are 12 Han patients and 20 ethnic minorities. Age 16 to 75 years old, patients over the age of 40 accounted for 31.25%. Course of disease within 1 month in 16 cases, more than 1 month in 16 cases. There were 8 cases of acute miliary tuberculosis complicated with extrapulmonary tuberculosis, 2 cases of liquid pneumothorax and 6 cases of other medical diseases. 19 cases (59%) had symptoms of fever, including 14 cases of fever.
