目的:采用功能磁共振低频振幅(amplitude of low frequency-fluctuation,ALFF)技术,研究青年重性抑郁症静息态自发脑活动情况。方法:选取首发未服药青年重性抑郁症27例和健康对照组28例,进行静息态功能磁共振扫描。采用ALFF方法分析静息态数据,并随之进行组分析,观察青年重性抑郁症ALFF的异常改变。结果:与健康对照组比较,青年重性抑郁症右侧楔前叶、右侧舌回ALFF值降低(体素水平P<0.03,簇大小>31,Alpha Sim校正,对应校正后的P<0.05),没有发现ALFF值升高的脑区。结论:青年重性抑郁症静息态自发脑神经活动呈降低趋势,这些异常的区域可能与抑郁症情感及认知功能障碍相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the resting spontaneous brain activity of major depressive disorder in youth by using the technique of amplitude of low frequency-fluctuation (ALFF). Methods: Seventy-two cases of unmedicated major depressive disorder in young patients and 28 healthy controls were selected for resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging. ALFF method was used to analyze resting state data, and then group analysis was performed to observe abnormal changes of ALFF in young patients with major depressive disorder. Results: Compared with the healthy control group, the ALFF value in the anterior wedge anterior and right lingual gyrus of the young patients with major depressive disorder decreased (voxel level P <0.03, cluster size> 31, Alpha Sim corrected, corresponding to corrected P <0.05 ), No elevated ALFF was found in the brain area. Conclusion: The resting spontaneous brain activity of major depressive disorder tends to decrease, and these abnormal regions may be related to depression and cognitive dysfunction.
