各位代表、同志们: 因为在外地,不能返京参加大会,谨以此信表示我的心情。中国钱币学会成立十年了,十年来,我国钱币工作取得了长足的进步,各地钱币学术团体普遍成立,会员队伍已逾万人,一个群众性的集币高潮正在兴起,一批中青年钱币研究者得到了锻炼,各种学术研讨活动广泛开展,各类钱币研究专著大量涌现,在对外交流上,也取得了很大成功。尤其令人高兴的是,在学会成立十周年的时候,中国钱币博物馆建成开馆了,这是我国钱币学发展史上的一件大事,它将对推动我国钱币事业的发展起到重要作用。展望未来,我们的钱币事业前程似锦,让我们更好地团结起来,认真贯彻小平同志南巡讲话的精神,抓住有利时机,争取更大的进步。祝贺大会圆满成功!祝同志们身体健康!
