本文介绍了小直径深孔加工时采用扭矩控制实现分级进给进行的试验研究的情况。这种控制方法能较可靠地保护钻头避免折断;对于φ3以下的深孔加工,还能获得较高的生产率。此外,尚对深孔钻削动力头的结构设计和性能参数的选择提供了一定的依据。
This paper introduces the experimental research on the grading feed using torque control in the machining of small diameter deep holes. This control method can be more reliable to protect the drill to avoid breaking; for deep hole processing φ3 below, but also to obtain higher productivity. In addition, the deep hole drilling power head structure design and performance parameters to provide a certain basis.
