浅谈循环水质改善对空分生产的影响

兰州石化公司空分车间在氧、氮生产系统的循环冷却水供求,有一套比较完善的独立自供系统。负责着车间制氧装置、1500m~3/h、3000m~3/h制氮装置的生产用循环水供应。该供水系统主要包括供水泵、玻璃钢冷却塔和储水池及供水管网,每小时的循环供水量约为550—600m~3/h。多年来,由于该系统的独立性和不易受到其它系统的污染,所以较好地保证了循环水的水质,平稳地确保了空分系统和钢厂压缩机系统的正常生产。由于空分系统基本上无污染源,所以该供水系统区別于炼油厂供水系统的一、二、三循环水场的最大特点就是没有油品污染。多年生产中,这个小系统补充新鲜水量很少,除了系统蒸发的水量损耗外基本无损耗。影响水质质量的最大因素就是通过冷却塔开口、以及凉水塔布水盘从自然界落入的灰尘和泥土,受气候影响最大的就是春季当兰州地区刮起沙尘暴 Lanzhou Petrochemical Company air separation plant oxygen and nitrogen production systems in the circulating cooling water supply and demand, there is a relatively complete system of independent self-supply.
