本文用固相反应合成出一系列共14种RFe_xCo_(1-x)O_3(R=La、Nd、Gd、Er;0.8≥x≥0.5)化合物,它们均属于正交晶型。文中给出了它们的晶胞参数a=5.239~5.523,b=5.440~5.572.C=7.542~7.820。实验发现这些化合物的晶胞参数随稀土元素和x值的变化有规律地变化着. 本文研究了上述材料的热敏性质与材料的组分、组成的依赖关系.发现了其中的规律.为有目的地设计各种所需参数的热敏电阻材料提供了可能性. 这些材料的B值为5.71~10.36×10~(30)K.使用温度范围在150~700℃内变化.
In this paper, a series of 14 compounds of RFe_xCo_ (1-x) O_3 (R = La, Nd, Gd, Er; 0.8≥x≥0.5) were synthesized by solid state reaction. Their unit cell parameters a = 5.239 ~ 5.523, b = 5.440 ~ 5.572.C = 7.542 ~ 7.820 are given in this paper. The experimental results show that the unit cell parameters of these compounds change regularly with the variation of the rare earth elements and the value of x. The dependence of the thermal properties of the above materials on the composition and composition of the materials has been investigated. Destinations It is possible to design thermistor materials of various desired parameters, with a B value of 5.71 to 10.36 × 10 ~ (30) K. The operating temperature range varies from 150 to 700 ° C.
