目的 介绍采取冠内钻孔结扎法固定保存折裂后牙的治疗方法。方法 对116颗折裂后牙采用冠内钻4个小孔,用0.3mm钢丝循四小孔施以八字结扎或环扎使折裂牙体组织复位固定,最后用Fuji Ⅸ玻璃离子或光固化树脂充填沟洞,使牙体、钢丝结扎、充填体,成三位一体的永久性固定。待固化后,调(牙合)、打磨、全冠修复。结果经冠内结扎固定配合根管治疗116例折裂后牙,其中107例能正常咀嚼,牙周正常,9例因牙周感染拔除。结论 后牙折裂只要牙根稳固,进行恰当的冠内四小孔结扎固定,施行完善的根管治疗,辅以全冠修复,大多数是可保存
