Objective To explore the epidemiological distribution of pathogenic bacteria in primary medical institutions and effectively promote the prevention and control of water-borne infections in hospitals. Methods Direct collection of one-time wet water, oral treatment tank water tank, dialysis water, ward water, equipment for the first wash water, equipment rinse water, oral irrigation water, oral phone water were collected directly and continuous water collection The colonies were counted by agar dilution method. Fungal and pathogenic bacteria were detected. The incidence of diagnosis and treatment of water-related infections in hospitalized patients was monitored. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results A total of 183 medical water samples were collected and 84 were qualified with a pass rate of 45.9%. The disposable wetting water, instrument initial washing water and instrument rinsing water were both 100.0% passing rate; the passing rate of dialysis water was 90.0% The qualified rate of water use was 57.1%. The pass rate of direct washing of wipe water in ward was 14.3%, and the pass rate of sampling was 100.0% after continuous watering for 30s, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There is obvious bacteria in faucet in ward. The cleaning and disinfection of pipelines in dentistry integrated clinic should be improved, the frequency of replacing tanked water should be increased. Disposable wetting water can be promoted to reduce the risk of infection. Dialysis water needs to be strengthened Concerned; detection of waterborne pathogens should be further improved.
