前言应用分子筛机械脱氧有降氧速度快,气体干燥,无毒,不污染粮食,能节约大量化学药剂,保障人民身体健康等优点,很适用于保粮杀虫。为求得较高的富氮浓度,降低杀虫成本,缩短杀虫周期就成为气体杀虫的一个重要的技术关键。本课题由上海市粮食贮运公司贮藏研究室,上海市第一粮食采购供应站承担。在试验过程中,我们曾委托上海化工研究院设计5A 富氮机,并由上粮一站设计移动车,负责整机制造和安装,至1980年10月调试完成机械效能达到了设计技术要求,富氮量20M~3/小时以上,N_2浓度在99%以上。
