符望阁窗纱是故宫现存唯一一处漆纱。本文记录了漆纱分析的全过程,采用基础化学分析的方法取样,使用显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、傅立叶显微红外光谱仪全面解析其材质及工艺制作。它由桑蚕丝织物打底,施大漆,漆中含氧化铁、硫酸钙,外层采用贴金工艺,金层外涂植物油脂。漆纱上的装饰画有六层:植物胶、皮纸、大漆、金箔、颜料、植物油脂。此项研究揭示了漆纱这项久已失传技艺,为研究清代乾隆年间的工艺制作提供了宝贵资料,更是给漆纱复制提供可靠的依据。
Fu Wang Kok screen is the only existing Palace paint. This paper records the whole process of lacquer analysis, using the method of basic chemical analysis sampling, the use of a microscope, laser confocal microscope, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, Fourier microscopy infrared spectrometer comprehensive analysis of its material and process. It is made of silk fabric base, Shi Daqi, paint containing iron oxide, calcium sulfate, the outer layer with gold plating process, the outer layer of vegetable oil coating. Decorative painting on the yarn has six layers: plant glue, paper, paint, gold, paint, vegetable fat. This study revealed the long lost yarn painting technique, which provided valuable information for the process of Qianlong reign in the Qing Dynasty, and provided a reliable basis for the replication of the yarn.
