基于耦合多元合金两相区凝固模型的板坯连铸凝固传热数学模型和恒间距切片单元跟踪方法,开发了CISDI板坯连铸动态二冷配水软件平台,其中内嵌二冷分区有效拉速和目标表面温度曲线两种控制模式,前者充分考虑了铸坯的冷却历史,后者则关注对铸坯表面温度沿铸流方向的合理控制,在实际生产中可以方便灵活地加以选择应用。该技术控制功能丰富、安全机制完善、系统运行稳定、人机界面友好,具有较强的现场适应性,目前已成功应用于重钢长寿新区一号板坯连铸机,在板坯表面及内部质量的控制方面发挥了良好的冶金效果,具备较好的工业应用实用价值和推广前景。
Based on the mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer in slab continuous casting coupled with solidification model of two-phase region of multi-element alloy and the tracking method of constant spacing slice element, a software platform of CISDI slab continuous casting dynamic secondary cooling and water distribution was developed, in which the effective cooling rate And the target surface temperature curve. The former fully considers the cooling history of the slab, while the latter focuses on the reasonable control of slab surface temperature along the casting flow direction, which can be conveniently and flexibly selected and applied in practical production. The technology has rich control functions, perfect safety mechanism, stable system operation, friendly man-machine interface and strong field adaptability. It has been successfully applied to No.1 slab continuous casting machine in Changshou New District, Quality control has played a good metallurgical effect, with good industrial application of practical value and promotion prospects.
