当代大学生思想政治状况的主流是积极的、健康向上的,但同时也存在一些消极的层面。大庆精神在大学生的行为价值取向形成过程中,起着积极的引导作用。通过深入挖掘和研究大庆精神的深刻内涵,调查并了解大学生思想政治教育工作的时代特征,通过寻找大庆精神与大学生思想政治教育工作的结合点,充分发挥大庆精神的育人功能和积极影响作用,推进大庆精神与大学生思想政治教育工作的有效整合,全面提高大学生思想道德品质,从而为实现社会主义现代化、全面建成小康社会培养高素质人才.
