气冲造型法与其它造型方法相比 ,紧实度分布比较均匀 ,但对于顶面宽大、且深凹比大的复杂模样 ,造型时由于型砂在深凹区入口处的堵塞 ,使深凹区的紧实度较低。本文利用气冲压板冲击、气冲成型压板冲击等紧实方法 ,对气冲紧实的匀实性进行了改进研究。结果表明气冲压板冲击和气冲成型压板冲击造型法不但可以提高砂型顶部的紧实度 ,而且能有效地消除深凹区入口处的型砂堵塞现象 ,显著提高整个砂型的紧实度均匀性。
Compared with other modeling methods, the gas-blast modeling method has a more uniform compaction degree. However, for the complex patterns with a large top surface and a large deep-to-large ratio, the molding sand is blocked at the entrance of the deep concave area, Less firmness. In this paper, the use of gas punching plate impact, air punching plate impact and other compaction methods, the gas-filled compactness of the solid has been improved. The results show that the impingement of air impingement plate and air impaction platens not only can improve the compaction degree of sand top, but also can effectively eliminate the clogging of sand at the entrance of deep pits and improve the compaction uniformity of the whole sand.
