(目的)研究鼻咽癌癌在因表达与生长倾向和放射敏感性的关系。[方法]作文检测福建省肿瘤医院61例初治鼻咽癌患者的p53、p21、nm23、PCNA。[结果〕鼻咽癌上行性比下行性p53、p21、nm23阳性纺技高,而PCNA阳性串较低。仅闷在上行性、混合性与下行性工种生长方式间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。放疗至扭q肿物就完全消失的病人中p53等阳性表达变化不大(P>0.05)。[结论]从基因水平证实鼻咽癌生长确实存在上、下行二种方式。另外表明p53、p21、mm23、PCNA和放射敏感性关系不大。
(Objective) To investigate the relationship between nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) expression and growth predisposition and radiosensitivity. [Method] Essay examines the p53, p21, nm23, PCNA in 61 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients from Fujian Cancer Hospital. [Results] The up-going nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than the down-going p53, p21, nm23-positive ones, while the PCNA-positive ones were lower. Only boring in the ascending, mixed and descend traits of growth were significantly different (P <0.01). The positive expression of p53 and other proteins did not change significantly in patients who completely disappeared after the radiotherapy to the twisting qtumor (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] There are two ways to ascertain the growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma from the gene level. In addition, p53, p21, mm23, PCNA and radiosensitivity was not related.
