From October 27 to November 5, 1990, the Ministry of Agriculture held a training course for file businesses of township enterprises in Wuhan. This training course to take the theory teaching, experience introduction and fieldwork combined method. More than 60 trainees from more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan have conscientiously studied the “Archives Law” and the “Archives and Records Management System for Township Enterprises jointly formulated by the State Archives Bureau and the Ministry of Agriculture in February 90”
