SWOT分析是战略管理中广泛应用的企业竞争态势分析工具,在实际使用过程中,容易变成优势、劣势的无序堆积,或者只包含静态分析、忽略发展变化规律性而采取过于激进的战略。而雷达图作为一种可视图形的评价方法,能够用定量指标较好地反映出定性问题,以弥补SWOT竞争战略分析中缺乏动态、定量分析的缺陷。本文以G移动公司为例,深入探究基于雷达图法的战略转型规划过程,以期能够为其他企业战略规划中的竞争态势分析提供借鉴。
SWOT analysis is a tool widely used in strategic management to analyze the competitive situation in the enterprise. In actual use, SWOT analysis tends to become a disorderly accumulation of advantages and disadvantages, or it can only include static analysis and neglect of the regular pattern of development to adopt an overly radical strategy. As a visual graph evaluation method, Radar Chart can reflect quantitatively the qualitative problems well, so as to make up for the lack of dynamic and quantitative analysis in SWOT competitive strategy analysis. Taking G Mobile as an example, this paper explores the process of strategic transformation planning based on radar graph method in order to provide reference for the competitive situation analysis in other enterprises’ strategic planning.
