引言 活齿传动用于传递两同轴间运动和动力。具有结构简单、传动比大、承载能力高、传动效率高等优点。国内外对活齿传动已取得相当的成果,发表了多篇有关的论著。本文以曲柄摇杆机构为等效机构的摆动活齿传动中内齿轮的复杂齿形的加工方法做了深入研究,使之能在普通Y54插齿机上加工齿形而不改变机床结构,解决了摆动活齿传动的关键加工技术,大大降低了成本。对摆动活齿传动减速器的产品开发应用具有重要的现实意义。
