煤矿胶轮车工作制动器性能的优劣直接影响到整车的安全。为了准确评价其制动性能,在分析湿式多盘制动器工作原理的基础上,在UG中对制动器进行了三维建模及装配,联合ADAMS和ANSYS建立了制动器刚柔耦合虚拟样机,对其进行制动仿真分析,得出制动前后车轴角速度的变化曲线及单侧摩擦片力矩的变化曲线。结果表明,仿真数据与理论数据吻合,验证了该制动器设计的可靠性。
Coal mine tire work performance of the merits of a direct impact on vehicle safety. In order to accurately evaluate the braking performance, based on the analysis of the working principle of the wet multi-disc brake, a three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the brake is carried out in UG. A rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype of the brake is established by combining ADAMS and ANSYS. Dynamic simulation analysis shows that the variation curves of the angular velocity of the axle before and after braking and the curve of the torque of the unilateral friction plate. The results show that the simulation data are consistent with the theoretical data, which verifies the reliability of the brake design.
