在综合分析套管设计理论和方法的基础上,通过建立套管强度设计和载荷计算的数学模型,研制了套管计算机辅助设计软件。该软件把套管的钢级、壁厚和强度等性能参数存入数据库,将套管设计过程写成代码,根据原始数据计算相应载荷后,可自动查询并列出所有符合强度要求的套管种类,供设计者根据实际情况选择。重点介绍了套管设计软件的设计思路和程序框图,并通过计算实例给出了利用软件进行套管实际设计的操作步骤。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the theory and method of casing design, a computer aided design software of casing was developed by establishing a mathematical model of casing strength design and load calculation. The software stores the performance parameters such as steel grade, wall thickness and strength of the casing in the database, writes the design procedure of the casing into code, calculates the corresponding load according to the original data, and can automatically inquire and list all the casing types meeting the strength requirements , For the designer to choose according to the actual situation. The design idea and the block diagram of the casing design software are introduced emphatically. The practical steps of using the software to design the casing are given through examples.
