调整企业经营结构,形成一业为主、多业并举的经营格局,是九十年代建筑业发展战略中的一项重要内容。建筑施工企业是从八十年代初期开始发展多种经营的。据国家统计局年报反映,到1990年末,施工企业多种经营收入已达111.8亿元,占企业总产值的7.7%。其中国营施工企业多种经营收入达到87.1亿元,占企业总产值的8.5%。企业单一的施工生产模式已逐步向多元化经营结构转变。
Adjusting the business structure of an enterprise and forming a business structure that focuses on one industry and multiple industries is an important part of the development strategy of the construction industry in the 1990s. Building construction companies began to develop diversified operations from the early 1980s. According to the annual report of the National Bureau of Statistics, by the end of 1990, the diversified operating income of construction enterprises had reached 11.18 billion yuan, accounting for 7.7% of the total output value of the enterprise. The operating income of its Chinese construction companies reached 8.71 billion yuan, accounting for 8.5% of the total output value of the company. The single construction production mode of an enterprise has gradually shifted to a diversified operation structure.
