目的探讨综合心理健康干预对提高学习困难初中生心理健康水平的效果。方法将24名学习困难初中生随机等分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行为期3个月的综合心理健康干预,运用中学生心理健康量表(MHT)评价两组学生干预前后及1个月后追踪后测效果并作对比分析。结果实验组前测与后测和追踪后测相比评分均发生了显著性变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),后测与追踪后测相比各因子分无显著性变化,但总分变化具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组后测与对照组后测评分相比也产生了显著性变化(P<0.01)。而对照组前测、后测和追踪后测评分均未产生显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论综合心理健康干预有助于提高学习困难初中生心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive mental health intervention on improving mental health of junior high school students with learning difficulties. Methods Twenty-four middle school students with learning difficulties were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the experimental group was given comprehensive mental health intervention for three months. The mental health of middle school students (MHT) Follow-up test results after month and make comparative analysis. Results The scores of pretest, post test and post tracing test in experimental group had significant changes (P <0.01 or P <0.05), but the scores of posttest and posttest showed no significant change among all factors, but the total score (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference between the post-test of the experimental group and the post-test score of the control group (P <0.01). However, no significant changes were found in the pretest, posttest and posttest scores in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Integrated mental health intervention can help improve the mental health of junior high school students with learning difficulties.
