目的:探讨4种不同提取工艺枳朴方提取液的镇痛、抗炎、促肠蠕动作用,确定最优提取工艺路线。方法:采用小鼠甩尾、二甲苯致炎、小肠推进等药效学考察指标,观察枳朴方4种提取工艺路线①水煎煮;②水提后65%乙醇沉淀;③65%乙醇醇提;④厚朴、丹参65%醇提再与其余药味水提,各自所得的提取液对小鼠的甩尾持续时间、耳肿胀度、肠蠕动的影响。结果:枳朴方工艺路线①对小鼠热刺激引起的疼痛有明显抑制作用,对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用,对小鼠肠蠕动有明显促进作用。结论:枳朴方水煎提取制备方法简单,方便,可作为枳朴方的提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the analgesic, anti-inflammatory and colonic peristalsis effects of four different extraction methods of Fructus Foenilus and determine the optimum extraction process. Methods: The pharmacokinetic parameters such as tail flick, xylene-induced inflammation and small intestine propulsion were used to observe the four extraction routes of Fructus Aconiti decoction (1), water decoction (2), 65% ethanol precipitation after water extraction, (3) ; ④ Magnolia officinalis, Salvia miltiorrhiza 65% alcohol extract and the rest of the Yam water extract, respectively, the resulting extract on mouse tail flick duration, ear swelling, bowel motility. Results: Fructus Foenilus recipe (1) significantly inhibited the pain induced by thermal stimulation in mice and significantly inhibited the ear swelling in mice induced by xylene, and promoted the peristalsis in mice. Conclusion: Fructus Foenilus decoction extraction and preparation method is simple and convenient, and can be used as the extraction process of Fructus Chinensis.
