检察机关侦查人员执法理念是指侦查人员在履行职务犯罪侦查职能时所持有的、指导侦查实践的理论基础和主导价值观,是侦查人员独特的工作方式、工作经历、受教育程度、职业情感等因素在思维中的抽象、概括和定型。随着我国刑事法治的不断完善,侦查人员在执法理念上的一些落后和错误认识也急需转变,这对推动检察机关职务犯罪侦查工作与时俱进有重要意义。
