班主任是班级的组织者、指导者和教育者,是协调和沟通其它教育影响的纽带和桥梁,学校工作也多是以班级为单位展开的,而班级管理的质量,同时又直接和间接影响到学生身心的健康成长,影响到学生能否成为社会所急需的全面合格的高素质人才。因此,方方面面都从不同角度重视班级管理的工作,重视班主任人选及其个体素质,然而现实生活中普通中学的班主任对班级的管理工作还存在一些误区:
