学前教育是素质教育的开端,具有基础性、奠基性和先导性的特性。本文在学前教育已有的研究基础上,从我国学前教育发展的实际情况出发,从促进社会公平、平等与和谐发展的角度,指出我国学前教育法的缺失所引起的问题,在分析加快我国学前教育立法意义的同时提出了立法过程中应注意的问题,是对我国学前教育立法领域作的进一步探索。
Pre-school education is the beginning of quality education, with basic, foundation and pioneering features. Based on the existing research of pre-school education and the actual situation of pre-school education in our country, this paper points out the problems caused by the lack of preschool education law in our country from the perspective of promoting social fairness, equality and harmonious development. At the same time, it puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the legislation process, and further explores the field of pre-school education legislation in our country.
