日月荏苒,时序更新,不知不觉间又迎来了新的一年。过去的2003年,中国的移动通信业界发生了很多事情,一些大事对通信业界产生了重大影响,为此《移动通信》杂志社和移动通信在线网站于2003年12月5日至2004年1月5日共同举办“2003年移动通信行业十件大事评选活动”。为了保证评选结果的准确性、权威性和广泛性,我们特别邀请了通信行业各媒体的50位编辑记者和行业内50位专家学者参与评选。在此,我们将评选结果公布于众(按事件时间顺序排名),并对各位参与评选的人员致以衷心的感谢。
Sun and Moon 荏 苒, timing updates, unwittingly ushered in the new year. In the past 2003, many things happened in China’s mobile communications industry. Some major events have had a significant impact on the communications industry. For this reason, “Mobile Communications” magazine and the mobile communications online website were launched from December 5, 2003 to January 2004 On the 5th jointly held “2003 Ten major mobile communications industry event selection.” In order to ensure the accuracy, authority and extensiveness of the selection results, we specially invited 50 editorial correspondents of various media in the communications industry and 50 experts and scholars in the industry to participate in the selection. Hereby, we announce the results of the selection (according to the chronological order of the events) and extend our heart-felt gratitude to all those who participated in the selection.
