目的 :研究川乌与白芍配伍前后对动物实验性疼痛的影响。方法 :制备川乌与白芍配伍前后水煎液 ,采用小鼠热板、扭体疼痛和家兔K+ 致痛、齿髓致痛等疼痛实验模型进行测定。结果与结论 :两药配伍可使各单味药的镇痛作用明显增强 ,镇痛持续时间显著延长。增效的持续强度与配伍剂量、比例有关。尤其是配伍组减少川乌用量后镇痛效果仍强于或等于单味川乌组 ,从而证实了此药对增效减毒的意义。
Objective : To study the effect of Chuanwu and Angelica on experimental pain in animals before and after compatibility. METHODS: The decoctions before and after the compatibility of Radix Aconiti and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were prepared, and the pain model was determined using mouse hot plate, writhing pain, rabbit K+ pain, and dental pulp pain. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The compatibility of the two drugs can significantly increase the analgesic effect of each single herb, and the duration of analgesia is significantly prolonged. The continuous strength of synergy is related to the compatibility dose and proportion. In particular, the analgesic effect of reducing the use of Chuanwu in the compatibility group was still stronger than or equal to that of the single-flavored Chuanwu group, thus confirming the significance of the drug for synergistic attenuating.
