变电站设计方案的选择对其建设和运行至关重要,必须运用科学合理、公正有效的方案比选方法。本文基于价值工程法,将设计选型方案所反映的可靠性与安全性、易施工与维护性、节约环保可回收性、资产全寿命周期成本最优化等因素作为功能指标,将设备的全寿命周期成本净年值作为成本指标,结合层次分析法对功能指标加以量化,作为方案比选的依据。最后,运用基于价值工程的变电站设计方案比选方法对算例进行分析。
The choice of substation design is crucial to its construction and operation. Scientific and reasonable alternatives must be applied. Based on the value engineering method, this paper takes the factors of reliability and safety, easy construction and maintenance, economical and environmental protection recyclability, asset life cycle cost optimization and other factors reflected in the design selection scheme as the function indexes, The net annual value of cycle cost is taken as the cost index, combined with analytic hierarchy process to quantify the functional indicators as the basis for comparison and selection of programs. Finally, the example is analyzed by using the comparison method of transformer substation design based on value engineering.
